We are always looking for people to join our team as we are mostly run by volunteers! We take on volunteers with disabilities as we like to give people a chance as not many originations do but we do and it will look go on your cvs.
We like supporting people with disabilities. Some our volunteers that have volunteered for us over the year's have had Autism or Asperger's! Some of them has started as volunteers and worked their way up to assistant Manager/ Director/ HR Manager/ Marketing & Socials Manager. We like giving our volunteers the opportunity and train them up. It will also look good on their CVS. if you are interested apply today!
We do NOT take people with a Criminal record! We may do a criminal background check on you!

Many of our courses are FREE
The £10 fee applies to your first course only. Additional courses and Intermediate level courses are charged at £37.50, unless otherwise stated. This because some of the courses are lead by South Sefton Adult Education Centre! if you are on benefits the some courses are FREE! if you are instead see supervisor!

Our Disciplinary Procedure
Volunteers don't usually get rights in other places of work but here at Sefton ASD Services we believe our volunteers should be given the chances and the opportunity to do something in life! We believe our volunteers should be given 3 chances. We use the 3 stages of discipline plan.

suspended or sacked (depending on the situation)
If suspended we arrange a meeting with the Management team to deciduous the outcome and decide a plan of action.
we uselessly resolve the outcome and decide a plan of action. we uselessly monitor the volunteer for a period of time until they are back on track or
If it is a serous incident there will automatic disciplinary action taken and you will be sacked and contact Terminated with Immediate effect!!!
THIS IS UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN, WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO SACK A VOLUNTEER, AS YET!
